Happy Movement Sunday will focus on the following elements:
-Soft tissue warm-up 
-Combining a variety of yoga poses with a focus on the muscular system 
-Guided imagery through movement
-Dance Improvisaton
-Cool down stretching & relaxation 

About Salome:
Salome is a seasoned gymnastic and contemporary dancer with 10+ years experience. She is a certified gymnastics and aerobics instructor. Her experiences in movement have been primarily focused on hip hop, modern jazz, yoga and Kung Fu.
